Edit 070105: I don't know if it's been announced elsewhere, but Isaac Lew of Digital Manga told me today at AnimeExpo that the "Only the Ring Finger Knows" novels will be published in May 2006. Lucky us! Thank you, Digital Manga! Yay!

I just finished reading this 10 minutes ago...it is such a sweet story, with just enough BL to keep it interesting, and I would love to read the original novel.
