October 15, 2006 update: FileLodge.com offers 500MB and unlimited bandwidth. Impressive, and, to some extent, renders this grant unnecessary. However, if you'd still like to apply, we'll still be awarding three grant, but instead of 100MB, they'll be 300MB and everything else is the same.
Women Comics Podcasters GrantThe Journal of the Lincoln Heights Literary Society (J LHLS) is pleased to offer three grants for one year of 300 MB of webstorage space each to three women comics podcasters. Grant recipients will also receive two hours of free consulting on podcasting techniques and specifications from Lene Taylor of the I Read Comics podcast.
This webstorage may only be used for mp3 and graphics files.
To apply, please produce a fifteen to twenty-five minute long podcast on comics in mp3 format and either email it to wcp@liheliso.com or mail it on a CD to

on or before November 1, 2006.
On or before November 7, 2006 we will also need a link to the webpage that would be used for your podcasts should you receive one of our WCP grants.
